PTU Tutorial - Skullerina
For this tutorial i am using the amazing artwork by @Caron Vinson
~Supplies Needed~
Tube of choice
Scrapkit used was Skullerina made by Kristin which can be purchased from here
If you do not have this scrapkit please feel free to use another one with similar elements
Tag Template 196 made by Pooker which can be downloaded from here
Vix_BigMask01 made by Vix which can be downloaded from here

Let's Get Started
Open Pooker's template in PSP - depending on the size of the tube you are using you might want to resize - i resized mine by 90% - all layers selected - delete copyrite layer - fill the background layer with white
On the white dotted layer - selections - all - float - defloat - add a new raster layer - fill with a colour from your tube - selections - none - add a drop shadow - 1, -1, 40, 4 - delete the original layer - repeat this on all non white dotted layers
On the green circle layer - selections - all - float - defloat - copy & paste a paper as a new layer - selections - invert - hit delete - selections - none - add the same drop shadow - delete the original layer
On the cream circle 1 layer - selections - all - float - defloat - add a new raster layer - fill with a colour from your tube - selections - none - add a drop shadow - delete original layer
On the blue circle 1 layer - selections - all - float - defloat - copy & paste a paper as a new layer - selections - invert - hit delete - selections - none - add a drop shadow - delete the original layer
On the brown circle layer 1 - selections - all - float - defloat - add a new raster layer - fill with a colour from your tube - selections - invert - add another new raster layer - selections - modify - expand by 5 - fill with a gradient (Two colours from your tube, choose gradient, repeats 3, angle 45) - - selections none - adjust - add/remove noise - 50% - random & monochrome selected - add a drop shadow
On the brown circles 2 layers - selections - all - float - defloat - add a new raster layer - fill with a colour from your tube - copy & paste your tube as a new layer - position - selections - invert - hit delete - selections - invert - copy & paste the tube again - position in the opposite circle - selections - invert - hit delete - selections - none - merge together
Duplicate your tube layers - on the original change the blend mode to luminance (L) - on the duplicate go to adjust - blur - gaussian blur - 3.00 - change the blend mode to screen - reduce opacity to liking
Repeat the above steps until all your template is complete
I also added penta.com - jeans to one layer
And on another i added texture - blinds
Copy & paste the wordart as a new layer - resize so that it fits nicely around the outer circle - effects - eye candy - gradient glow - glow width 3.00
Add a drop shadow - duplicate - image - flip - image mirror
Copy & paste any elements from the scrapkit - position around your tag - add drop shadows
Copy & paste your tube as a new layer - selections - float - defloat - selections modify - expand by 2 - add a new raster layer below the tube layer - fill with white - selections - none - apply the same noise settings as earlier - add a drop shadow
Add a new raster layer & move it so that it's above your background layer - fill with a colour from your tube - layers - new mask from image - apply Vix's mask - merge group
With your font add your name - position - apply the same noise & gradien glow settings - add a drop shadow
Delete the white background layer
Don't forget to add the artists correct copyrite - crop & save tag and you are done!
