No Scraps Tutorial - My Bitches

~Supplies Needed~
3 tubes of choice
Cakes & Minxy template which can be downloaded from here
Vix_Big Mask made by Vix which can be downloaded from here

Any small pixel font

Let's Get Started
Open the template in PSP - image - canvas size - 850 x 750 (can resize later) - unhide background layer & fill with white
On the raster 17 layer select inside the frame with your magic wand - selections - modify - expand by 3 - add a new raster layer & move it below the frame layer - fill with black - copy & paste your tube as a new layer - position into place - selections - invert - hit delete - selections none - duplicate your tube - on the original change the blend mode to luminance (L) - on the duplicate go to adjust - blur - gaussian blur - 3.00 - change the blend mode to screen - reduce opacity to liking - effects - plugins - Xero -
Radience
On the frame go to adjust - add/remove noise
Add a drop shadow - 1, -1, 40, 4
On copy of raster 18 layer apply the same noise settings as you just did & add the same drop shadow
On raster layer 19 select with your magic wand - add a new raster layer & fill with a gradient (Two colours from your tube, choose gradient, repeats 3, angle 45)
Repeat the above 2 steps for the frame & rectangle on the opposite side
Merge together the following layers - raster 23 & copy of raster 23 - raster 16 & copy of raster 16 - on raster 23 go to selections - all - float - defloat - add a new raster layer - fill with a colour from your tube - add a drop shadow - on raster 16 go to selections - all - float - defloat - add a new raster layer - fill with a colour from your tube - effects - plugins - Penta.com - Jeans
On raster 13 layer select with your magic wand - add a new raster layer - fill with your gradient - effects - plugins - Cybia - Screenworks
Add a drop shadow - delete the original layer
Also add a drop shadow to raster 2 layer
Merge together raster 15 & copy of raster 15 layers - selections - all - float - defloat - add a new raster layer - fill with a gradient - copy & paste your tube as a new layer - position into place - selections - invert - hit delete - selections - none - duplicate the tube layer - on the original change the blend mode to luminance (L) - on the duplicate go to adjust - blur - gaussian blur - 3.00 - change the blend mode to soft light
On raster layer 1 layer go to selections - all - float - defloat - add a new raster layer - fill with white - apply the same noise settings as earlier - selections - none - add a drop shadow - delete the original layer
On copy of raster 20 layer select with your magic wand - add a new raster layer - fill with your gradient & apply the same noise settings as earlier - add a drop shadow
On raster 3 layer select with your magic wand - add a new raster layer - fill with a colour from your tube - add a drop shadow & delete original layer
With your magic wand select the middle of the frame - selections - modify - expand by 5 - copy & paste your tube as a new layer - position - selections - invert - hit delete - selections - none - duplicate your tube - change the blend mode on the original to luminance (L) - on the duplicate go to adjust - blur - gaussian blur - 3.00 - change the blend mode to soft light & apply the same Radience settings as earlier
Repeat above 2 steps for the top right layers
ON layers 6 & 7 go to adjust - hue & saturation - colorize - change the sliders to match your tube - add a drop shadow
On each wordart layer go to selections - all - float - defloat - add a new raster layer - fill with a colour from your tube - selections - none - add drop shadows - i also added the same noise settings as earlier
Copy & paste your tube as a new layer - position - add a drop shadow
Add a new raster layer & move it so that it's above your background layer - fill with your gradient - layers - new mask from image - apply Vix's mask - merge group
With your pixel font add some words - position - add drop shadows
With your main font add your name - position - add a drop shadow
Don't forget to add the artists correct copyrite - crop around your tag - delete the white background layer and you are done!
