Let's Get Started
Open Minxy's template in psp - image - canvas size - 850 x 750 - unhide the background layer & refill with white
On raster 10 layer - adjust - add/remove noise - 50% - uniform - monochrome - add a drop shadow
With your magic wand select the middle of the frame layer - selections - modify - expand by 3 - add a new raster layer & move it below this layer - fill with black - copy & paste your tube as a new layer - selections - invert - hit delete - selections - none - adjust - hue & saturation - colorize - set both sliders to 0 - effects - plugins - Xero - Radience
Effects - texture effects - blinds
Raster layer 11 - apply the same noise settings as earlier & add a drop shadow
Raster layer 9 - select the black rectangle with your magic wand - copy & paste your tube as a new layer - selections - invert - hit delete - selections - none - adjust - hue & saturation - colorize - set the sliders to 0 - effects - plugins - Xero - Radience - same settings as earlier - also apply the same blinds settings as earlier - add a drop shadow to the black rectangle
Raster layer 1 - selections - all - float - defloat - add a new raster layer - choosing 2 colours from your tube set your colour pallette to gradient - angle 45 - repeats 3 - fill your new raster layer with your gradient - selections - none - effects - plugins - Penta.com - Jeans
Add a drop shadow to the gradient layer & delete the original layer
Raster layer 2 - also apply the same Jeans settings as you just did - selections - all - float - defloat - selections - modify - expand by 2 - add a new raster layer & move it below this layer - fill with your gradient - adjust - add/remove noise - same settings as earlier - add a drop shadow
Merge together the copy of raster 15 layer & raster 15 layer - apply the same noise settings as earlier - add a drop shadow
Raster layer 4 - effects - plugins - Penta.com - Color Dot
Selection - all - float - defloat - selections - modify - expand by 2 - add a new raster layer & move it below this layer - fill with white - selections - none - apply the same noise settings as earlier - add a drop shadow
Raster layer 3 - selections - all - float - defloat - add a new raster layer - fill with your gradient - selections - none - apply the same blinds settings as earlier - add a drop shadow - delete original layer
Copy of raster 13 - selections - all - float - defloat - add a new raster layer - fill with your gradient - effects - plugins - Penta.com - Color Dot - same settings as earlier - selections - modify - expand by 2 - add a new raster layer - move it below this layer - fill with white - selections - none - apply the same noise settings as earlier - add a drop shadow - repeat this for raster layer 13 - delete original layers
On raster layer 6 - selections - all - float - defloat - copy & paste a paper of choice as a new layer - selections - invert - hit delete - selections - invert - selections - modify - expand by 2 - add a new raster layer - move it below your paper layer - fill with your gradient - apply the same noise settings as earlier - selections - none - add a drop shadow - delete original layer - repeat this for raster layer 5
Raster layer 18 - selections - all - float - defloat - add a new raster layer - fill with your gradient - selections - none - apply the same blinds settings as earlier - add a drop shadow - delete original layer
On the wordart layer - apply the same noise settings as earlier - add a drop shadow
Copy & paste your tube as a new layer - position - effects - plugins - Xero - Radience - same settings as earlier - add a drop shadow
Add any elements from a scrapkit as new layers - position - add drop shadows
Add a new raster layer above your background layer - fill with your gradient - layers - new mask from image - apply Vix's mask - merge group
With a pixel font add some words - position - add a drop shadow
With your font add your name - position - apply the same noise settings as earlier - add a drop shadow
Don't forget to add the artists correct copyrite - crop & save tag and you are done!
