PTU Tutorial - Let's Talk About Sex
For this tutorial i am using the amazing artwork by @Keith Garvey
~Supplies Needed~
Tube of choice
Scrapkit used was Kinky Re-Vamped made by Kristin which can be purchased from here
If you do not have this scrapkit please feel free to use another one with similar elements
Tag Template FFT24 made by Minxy & Rosey which can be downloaded from here
DBVMask_109 made by Vaybs which can be downloaded from here

Let's Get Started
Open the template in PSP - image - canvas size - 850 x 750 - unhide the background layer & fill with white
Add a drop shadow to raster layer 7
On vector layer 1 go to selections - all - float - defloat - add a new raster layer - fill with a gradient (Two colours from your tube, choose gradient, repeats 3, angle 45) - copy & paste your tube as a new layer - position to the right of the circle - selections - invert - hit delete - selections - none - duplicate - image - mirror - merge together - duplicate again - change the blend mode on the original to Luminance (L) - on the duplicate go to adjust - blur - gaussian blur - 3.00 - change the blend mode to screen - reduce opacity to liking - effects - texture effects - blinds
Add a drop shadow to the gradient layer & delete the original circle layer
On raster layer 6 - selections - all - float - defloat - add a new raster layer - fill with a colour from your tube - selections - none - add a drop shadow - delete the original layer
Add drop shadows to the next 3 layers - i didn't recolour these as they matched the kit i was using
Merge together copy of raster 10 & raster 10 layers - selections - all - float - defloat - add a new raster layer - fill with your gradient - selections - none - adjust - add/remove noise
Add a drop shadow - delete original layer
I deleted layers 9 & copy of 9 but you can leave them if you wish
Merge together raster 8 & copy of raster 8 - selections - all - float - defloat - add a new raster layer - fill with a colour from your tube - selections none - effects - texture effects - blinds
Add a drop shadow & delete original layer
On the left pink rounded rectangle layer - selections - all - float - defloat - add a new raster layer - fill with your gradient - copy & paste your tube as a new layer - selections - invert - hit delete - selections - invert - selections - expand by 2 - fill the original layer with white - selections - none - adjust - add/remove noise - apply same settings as earlier - on the gradient layer go to effects - plugins - penta.com - color dot
Duplicate your tube layer - change the blend mode on the original to luminance (L) - on the duplicate go to adjust - blur - gaussian blur - 3.00 - change the blend mode to screen - reduce opacity to liking - if the dots show through the tube, use your eraser tool to remove them
Repeat the above steps for the right rounded rectangle layer
I also delete raster 1 & copy of raster 1 layers but you can leave them if you wish
On the purple rounded rectangle layers - merge together - selections - all - float - defloat - copy & paste a paper from your scrapkit as a new layer - selections - invert - hit delete - selections - invert - expand by 2 - fill the original layer with your gradient - selections - none - adjust - add/remove noise - apply the same settings as earlier - add a drop shadow
Merge together the blue circle layers - selections - all - float - defloat - copy & paste a paper from your scrapkit as a new layer - selections - invert - hit delete - selections - invert - expand by 2 - fill the original layer with your gradient - selections - none - adjust - add/remove noise - apply the same settings as earlier - add a drop shadow
Add a drop shadow to the wordart layer
Merge together the smal pink rounded rectangle layers - selections - all - float - defloat - copy & paste a paper from your scrapkit as a new layer - selections - invert - hit delete - selections - invert - expand by 2 - fill the original layer with your gradient - selections - none - adjust - add/remove noise - apply the same settings as earlier - add a drop shadow
Merge together the blue rounded rectangle layers - selections - all - float - defloat - copy & paste a paper from your scrapkit as a new layer - selections - invert - hit delete - selections - invert - expand by 2 - fill the original layer with your gradient - selections - none - adjust - add/remove noise - apply the same settings as earlier - add a drop shadow
Merge together the small purple rounded rectangle layers - selections - all - float - defloat - copy & paste a paper from your scrapkit as a new layer - selections - invert - hit delete - selections - invert - expand by 2 - fill the original layer with your gradient - selections - none - adjust - add/remove noise - apply the same settings as earlier - add a drop shadow
Copy & paste a frame from the scrapkit as a new layer - with your magic wand select the middle - selections - modify - expand by 3 - add a new raster layer & move it below the frame layer - fill with black - copy & paste your tube as a new layer - selections - invert - hit delete - selections - none - duplicate your tube - change the blend mode on the original to luminance (L) - on the duplicate go to adjust - blur - gaussian blur - 3.00 - change the blende mode to soft light - add the same blinds settings as earlier - add a drop shadow to the frame - hide all layers except for the frame, two tubes & the black background layers - merge together - unhide all layers - position to the top right (see my tag) - image - rotate - free rotate - 15.00 - duplicate - image - flip - image - mirror
Copy & paste any elements from the kit you are using as new layers - position - add drop shadows
Add a new raster layer above the background layer - fill with a colour from your tube - layers - new mask from image - apply Vaybs mask - merge group
Copy & paste your tube as a new layer - position - duplicate - adjust - blur - Gaussian blur - 3.00 - change the blend mode to screen - reduce opacity to liking - on the original layer go to selections - all - float - defloat - modify - expand by 2 - add a new raster layer & move it below the tube layers - fill with white - apply the same noise settings as earlier - add a drop shadow
With your font add your name - i applied the same noise settings as earlier - effects - plugins - eye candy 4 - gradient glow - glow width 3.00
Add a drop shadow
Don't forget to add the artists correct copyrite - crop around your tag - delete the white background layer and you are done!
