PTU Tutorial - Snake Eyes
For this tutorial i am using the amazing artwork by @Arthur Crowe
~Supplies Needed~
Tube of choice
Scrapkit used was Snake Eyes made by Kelz which can be purchased from here
If you do not have this scrapkit please feel free to use another one with similar elements
VixBigMask, which i absolutely love. Made by Vix and can be downloaded from here

Eye Candy 4 - Gradient Glow
Xero - Radience
Mura Meisters - Copies

Let's Get Started
Open a 850 x 750 canvas - copy & paste the city scape as a new layer - add a drop shadow
Copy & paste frame 2 as a new layer - resize to liking - position to the left side of the city & move it below it - with your magic wand select the middle of the frame - selections - modify - expand by 4 - add a new raster layer & move it below this layer - fill with a colour from your tube - copy & paste your tube as a new layer - selections - invert - hit delete - selections none
Duplicate your tube layer - on the original change the blend mode to Luminance (L) - on the duplicate go to adjust - blur - gaussian blur - 3.00 - change to soft light - effects - plugins - Xero - Radience
On the frame layer go to effects - plugins - Eye Candy 4 - Gradient Glow - glow width 3.00
Hide the cite scape layer & merge together all the other layers - unhide layer - duplicate your frame layer with your tube - image - mirror - position - add drop shadows
Copy & paste your tube as a new layer - position - duplciate - adjust - blur - gaussian blur - 3.00 - change the blend mode to soft light - apply the same Radience as earlier - on the duplicate go to selections - all - float - defloat - selections - modify - expand by 2 - add a new raster layer under the tube layers - fill with white - selections - none - adjust - add/remove noise - 50% - add a drop shadow
Copy & paste any elements from the scrapkit as new layers - resize & position around your tag - add drop shadows
I also added some words to my tag - open a 300 x 300 blank canvas - with a pixel font add some words - objects - align to the center - convert to raster - Mura Meisters - Copies - Tiling

Add a drop shadow - duplicate - position
Add a new raster layer below all the layers - fill with a colour from your tube - layers - new mask from image - apply Vix's mask - merge group
With your font add your name - position - apply the same Gradient Glow as earlier - add a drop shadow
Don't forget to add the artists correct copyrite - crop & save tag and you are done!
