Let's Get Started
Open the template in psp - i resized mine by 90% because my tube was too small - fill the background layer with white - delete the credits layer
Copy & paste the circle frame as a new layer - resize by 60% - with your magic wand select the middle of the frame - selections - modify - expand by 4 - copy & paste a paper as a new layer - selections - invert - hit delete - selections - none - move the paper below the frame layer
On the frame layer go to effects - plugins - Eye Candy 4 - Gradient glow - glow width set to 3.00
Effects - 3D effects - drop shadow - 1 - -1 - 4.00 - 5
On the large black circle apply the same gradient glow - add the same drop shadow
Copy & paste the filmstrip as a new layer - with your magic wand select the middle of each frame - selections - modify - expand by 4 - add a new raster layer & move it below your frame layer - fill with black - copy & paste your tube as a new layer - position in the far left frame - selections - invert - hit delete - selections - invert - copy & paste your tube again - position in the next frame - selections - invert - hit delete - selections - none - merge together - duplicate - image - mirror
Merge together your tubes again - change the blend mode on the original to Luminance (L) - on the duplicate go to adjust - blur - gaussian blur - 3.00 - change the blend mode to soft light - effects - plugins - Xero - Radience
Back on the frame layer go to selections - all - float - defloat - selections - modify - expand by 3 - add a new raster layer & move it below the frame layer - fill with a gradient of choice - adjust - add/remove noise - 60% - random selected - selections - modify - expand by 2 - add another new raster layer & move it below the layer you just did - fill with white - selections - none - add a drop shadow
Now this part gets pretty repetitive so i'll explain it once & then you do the rest for all the other layers of the template -
Merge together the orange square layers - selections - all - float - defloat - copy & paste a paper as a new layer - selections - invert - hit delete - selections - invert - selections - modify - expand by 3 - on the original layer fill with a colour/gradient from your tube - selections - none - adjust - add/remove noise - 60% - add a drop shadow
Copy & paste your tube as a new layer - position - duplicate - adjust - blur - gaussian blur - 3.00 - change the blend mode to soft light - on the original go to selections - all - float - defloat - selections - modify - expand by 2 - add a new raster layer & move it below the tube layer - fill with white - apply the same noise settings as earlier - selections - none - add a drop shadow
Copy & paste the wordart as a new layer - resize to liking - position to the left - make sure it is below the large black circle layer - duplicate - image - mirror - image - flip - merge together - apply the same gradient glow as earlier - add a drop shadow
Copy & paste any elements from the scrapkit as new layers - position around your tag - i also added a gradient glow to these to make them stand out more - add drop shadows
Add a new raster layer above your background layer - fill with a gradient of your choice - layers - new mask from image - apply Vix's mask - merge group - position to the top left - duplicate - image - mirror - image - flip
With your font add your name - position - apply the same noise settings as earlier - also apply a graident glow but only using the colour black - add a drop shadow
Don't forget to add the artists correct copyrite - crop & save tag and you are done!
