PTU Tutorial - Bubble, Bubble
For this tutorial i am using the amazing artwork by @The Hunter
~Supplies Needed~
Tube of choice
Scrapkit used was Witcha made by Joan which can be purchased from here
If you do not have this scrapkit please feel free to use another one with similar elements

Let's Get Started
Open Kristin's template in psp - delete the credits layer - image - canvas size - set to 800 x 750 - fill raster 1 layer with white
On the circle layer go to selections - all - float - defloat - copy & paste a paper as a new layer - selections - invert - hit delete - selections - none - delete the original layer
On the rounded reactangle layer - selections - all - float - defloat - add a new raster layer & fill with a colour from your tube - copy & paste your tube as a new layer - position to the left - selections - invert - hit delete - selections - none - duplicate - image - mirror - merge together - duplicate again - on the original change the blend mode to soft light - on the duplicate go to adjust blur - gaussian blur - set to 3.00 - change the blend mode to screen - reduce the opacity to around 80% - on the original rectangle layer go to selections - all - float - defloat - modify - expand by 2 - fill with a colour from your tube - adjust - add/remove - set to 60% - selections - none - add a drop shadow
Merge together the red rectangle layers - selections - all - float - defloat - copy & paste a paper as a new layer - selections - invert - hit delete - selections - invert - selections modify - expand by 2 - fill the original layer with a colour from your tube - adjust - add/remove noise - 60% - add a drop shadow
Merge together the red circle layers - selections - all - float - defloat - copy & paste a paper as a new layer - selections - invert - hit delete - selections - invert - selections modify - expand by 2 - fill the original layer with a colour from your tube - adjust - add/remove noise - 60% - add a drop shadow
Finally merge together the black rectangle layers - selections - all - float - defloat - copy & paste a paper as a new layer - selections - invert - hit delete - selections - invert - selections modify - expand by 2 - fill the original layer with a colour from your tube - adjust - add/remove noise - 60% - add a drop shadow
Copy & paste the round frame as a new layer - resize so that it fits nicely around the circle layer - add a drop shadow
Copy & paste my wordart as a new layer - position in the top left corner - move below all the other layers - duplicate - image - mirror - image flip
Add a new raster layer above the background layer - fill with a colour from your tube - layers - new mask from image - apply Vix's mask - merge group
Copy & paste your tube as a new layer - selections - all - float - defloat - selections - modify - expand by 2 - add a new raster layer & move it below your tube layer - fill with white - apply the same noise settings as you have been using throughout - add a drop shadow
Copy & paste any elemts from the scrapkit as new layers - position around your tag - add drop shadows
With your font add your name - position - apply the same noise settings - add a drop shadow
Don't forget to add the artists correct copyrite - crop & save tag and you are done!
