Let's Get Started
Open the template in psp - delete the credits layer - flood fill the background layer with white
First of all i added drop shadows to all the dotted circle layers
On the tri-color layer go to selections - all - float - defloat - add a new raster layer & fill with a gradient (Two colours from your tube, choose gradient, repeats 3, angle 45) - Copy & paste your tube as a new layer - position over the right rectangle - selections - invert - hit delete - selections - none - duplicate your tube layer - image - mirror - position over the left rectangle - merge together - add a drop shadow to the gradient rectangle & delete the original layer
Duplicate your tube layer again - on the original change the blend mode to luminance (L) - on the duplicate go to adjust - blur - gaussian blur - 3.00 - change the blend mode to soft light
On the cream circle 1 layer - selections - all - float - defloat - copy & paste a paper as a new layer - selections - invert - hit delete - selections - none - delete the original layer
On the brown circle layer - selections - all - float - defloat - add a new raster layer & fill with a colour from your tube - selections - none - delete the original layer
I left the cream circle 2 layer because it matched the tube & scrapkit i was using
On the blue glitter layer - selections - all - float - defloat - add a new raster layer - fill with white - selections - none - adjust - add/remove noise
Add a drop shadow - delete the original layer
On the brown circles layer - selections - all - float - defloat - copy & paste a paper as a new layer - selections - invert - hit delete - selections - none - delete the original layer
On the cream circles layer - selections - all - float - defloat - add a new raster layer - fill with a colour from your tube (again, i chose to leave this) - selections - none - delete the original layer
On the green glitter layers - selections - all - float - defloat - adjust - hue & saturation - colorize - set the sliders so they change to a colour to match your tube - add a drop shadow
On the cream circle 2 layer - selections - all - float - defloat - copy & paste a paper as a new layer - selections - invert - hit delete - selections - none - delete the original layer - add a drop shadow to the brown glitter layer
Reduce the opacity on all the strip layers to liking - add a drop shadow - with a small font add some words - position - convert to raster - add drop shadows
Copy & paste the filmstrip as a new layer - position in the top right corner & move below all the other layers - with your magic wand select the middle of the frame that's showing - selections - modify - expand by 3 - add a new raster layer & move it below the frame layer - fill with a colour from your tube - copy & paste your tube as a new layer - position - selections - invert - hit delete - selections - none
Duplicate your tube - change the blend mode on the original to luminance (L) - on the duplicate go to adjust - blur - gaussian blur - 3.00 - change the blend mode to soft light - effects - texture effects - blinds
Add a drop shadow to the frame layer - hide all layers except for the frame back layer, the tube layers & the frame - merge visible - unhide all layers - duplicate - image - mirror - image - flip
Copy & paste your tube as a new layer - position - selections - all - float - defloat - modify - expand by 2 - add a new raster layer & move it below the tube layer - fill with white - apply the same noise settings as earlier - add a drop shadow
Copy & paste any elements from the scrapkit as new layers - position around your tag - add drop shadows
On the crown i positioned it over the left circle layers - then using my eraser tool, i erased the inside parts to make it look like it was sitting onto of the circles
Add a new raster layer above your background layer - fill with a colour from your tube - layers - new mask from image - apply Deb's mask - merge group - apply the same noise settings as earlier
With your font add your name - position - convert to raster - apply the same noise settings - effects - plugins - Eye Candy 4 - Gradient Glow - glow width 3
Add a drop shadow
Don't forget to add the artists correct copyrite - crop around your tag - delete the white background layer and you are done!
