Let's Get Started
Open Sylvie's template in psp - image - canvas size - set to 850 x 700 - unhide the background layer & fill with white - delete the credits layer
On the right gradient layer go to - adjust - hue & saturation - colorize to match your tube - selections - all - float -defloat - copy & paste your tube as a new layer - selections - invert - hit delete - selections - none - duplicate your tube - on the originla change the blend mode to luminance (L) - on the duplicate go to adjust - blur - gaussian blur - 3.00 - change the blend mode to screen - effects - plugins - penta.com - color dot
Add a drop shadow to the white frame layer
On the black dotted layer go to adjust - hue & saturation - colourize to match your tube - do this for the pink noise layer - add a drop shadow to the white noise layer
Repeat these steps for the left circle layer
On the pink oval layer go to selections - all - float -defloat - add a new raster layer - delete the original layer - fill with a colour from your tube - selections - none - effects - plugins - xero - fritillary
Add a drop shadow to the white noise layer
On the black rectangle layer select with your magic wand - copy & paste your tube as a new layer - position - selections - invert hit delete - selections - none - duplicate - image - mirror - position in the right rectangle - merge together - duplicate - change the blend mode to the original to luminance (L) - on the duplicate go to adjust - blur - gaussian blur - 3.00 - change the blend mode to soft light - effects - plugins - xero - radience
On the black dotted rectangle layers - colourize them to match your tube
On the pink rectangle layer - select with your magic wand - add a new raster layer - fill with black - delete the original layer - add a drop shadow - repeat this for the other rectangle layer
On the grey oval layer go to effects - plugins - VanderLee - unplugged-x - interlace
Colourize the pink noise layer & the pink dotted layer to match your tube - add a drop shadow to the white noise layer
Merge together the pink rectangle layers - selections - all - float - defloat - add a new raster layer - fill with a colour from your tube - selections - none - effects - plugins - xero - fritillary
Add a drop shadow
Delete both of the small black rectangle layers - with a normal font add the word rock - position in the white rectangle layer - merge together - reduce the opacity to around 50% - add a drop shadow - repeat this for the other white rectangle layer as well
Add drop shadows to all the stars & the rest of the wordart around your tag
With your preset shape tool set to rectangle - foregroun black - background nil - draw out a thin rectangle {See my tag} - position - convert to raster - add a drop shadow - duplicate - image - mirror - image - flip - with your pixel font add some more words - position
Copy & paste your tube as a new layer - position - add a drop shadow - duplicate - adjust - blur - gaussian blur - 3.00 - change the blend mode to screen - reduce the opacity to around 80%
With your small font again add some more words using 2 different colours from your tube - i used white & purple - position - add a drop shadow - duplicate - position
Copy & paste my wordart as a new layer - position to the top right - add a drop shadow - duplicate & move to the bottom left
Add a new raster layer & move it below all the other layers - fill with a colour from your tube - layers - new mask from image - apply Vix's big mask - merge group
With your main font add your name - position - effects - plugins - dsbflux - bright noise - 50% - add a drop shadow
Don't forget to add the artists correct copyrite - save tag and you are done!
