PTU Tutorial - Lovely Rockdoll
For this tutorial i am using the amazing artwork by @Danny Lee
~Supplies Needed~
Tube of choice
Scrapkit used was Lovely Rockdoll made by Bibi which can be purchased from here
If you do not have this scrapkit please feel free to use another one with similar elements

Eye Candy 4 - Gradient Glow
~Font used~

Let's Get Started
Open a 850 x 750 blank canvas - flood fill white
Copy & paste element 23 as a new layer - resize to liking - move to the right slightly - with your magic wand select the middle of the top frame - selections - modify - expand by 3 - fill with a gradient (Two colours from your tube, choose gradient, repeats 3, angle 45) - copy & paste your tube as a new layer - position - selections - invert - hit delete - selections - none - duplicate your tube - change the blend mode on the original to luminance (L) - on the duplicate go to adjust - blur - gaussian blur - 3.00 - change the blend mode to soft light
Repeat this for inside the other 2 frames
With your magic wand select the white part of the frame - selections - promote selection to layer - adjust - add/remove noise
Add a drop shadow to the frame
Copy & paste your main tube as a new layer - position to the left - selections - all - float - defloat - selections modify - expand by 2 - add a new raster layer & move it below the tube layer - fill with white - selections - none - apply the same noise settings - add a drop shadow
Copy & paste the wordart as a new layer - position to the right - move below all layers - add a small drop shadow
Copy & paste element 70 as a new layer - position to the left
Copy & paste any other elements from the scrapkit as new layers - position around your tag - add drop shadows
With your font add your name - position - apply the same noise settings as earlier - effects - plugins - Eye Candy - Gradient Glow - glow width 3.00 - fat setting - add a drop shadow
Don't forget to add the artists correct copyrite - crop around your tag - delete the white background layer and you are done!
