Scrapkit used was I Want...USA made by Kristin which can be purchased from here
If you do not have this scrapkit then please use another of your choice

Let's Get Started
Open Kristin's template in psp - image - canvas size - 800 x 750 - fill the background layer with white - delete the credits layer
Copy & paste frame one as a new layer - position to the the left - duplicate - image mirror - position so that it looks like you have 3 frames - merge together - with your magic wand select inside the middle of each frame - selections - modify - expand by 4 - add a new raster layer & move it below the frame layer - select 2 colours from your tube/kit - change your colour palette to gradient - foreground/background - angle 45 - repeats 3 - fill the new layer with your gradient - keep selected
Copy & paste your tube as a new layer - position in the left frame - selections - invert - hit delete - duplicate - image mirror - merge down - selections - none - with your magic wand again select inside the middle frame - selections - modify - expand by 4 - copy & paste another part of your tube as a new layer - selections - invert - hit delete - selections - none - merge down to the other tube layer - duplicate - on the original change the bland mode to luminance (L) - on the duplicate go to adjust - blur - gaussian blur - 3.00 - change the blend mode to screen - add a drop shadow to the frame layer
On the circle layer - selections - float - defloat - copy & paste a paper as a new layer - selections - invert - hit delete - selections - invert - selections modify - expand by 4 - on the original layer fill with your gradient {Use 2 different colours from your tube} - selections - none - effects - plugins - dsbflux - set to 50% - add a drop shadow
Merge together the orange square layers - selections - float - defloat - copy & paste a paper as a new layer - selections - invert - hit delete - selections - invert - selections modify - expand by 4 - on the original layer fill with your gradient {Use 2 different colours from your tube} - selections - none - effects - plugins - dsbflux - set to 50% - add a drop shadow
Merge together the light blue rounded square layers - selections - float - defloat - copy & paste a paper as a new layer - selections - invert - hit delete - selections - invert - selections modify - expand by 4 - on the original layer fill with your gradient {Use 2 different colours from your tube} - selections - none - effects - plugins - dsbflux - set to 50% - add a drop shadow
Merge together the purple square layers - selections - float - defloat - copy & paste a paper as a new layer - selections - invert - hit delete - selections - invert - selections modify - expand by 4 - on the original layer fill with your gradient {Use 2 different colours from your tube} - selections - none - effects - plugins - dsbflux - set to 50% - add a drop shadow
Merge together the black circle layers - selections - float - defloat - copy & paste a paper as a new layer - selections - invert - hit delete - selections - invert - selections modify - expand by 4 - on the original layer fill with your gradient {Use 2 different colours from your tube} - selections - none - effects - plugins - dsbflux - set to 50% - add a drop shadow
Merge together the pink square layers - selections - all - float - defloat - add a new raster later - fill with a gradient - effects - plugins - penta.com - jeans
Selections - modify - expand by 4 - on the original layer fill with your gradient {Use 2 different colours from your tube} - selections - none - effects - plugins - dsbflux - set to 50% - add a drop shadow
Copy & paste your tube as a new layer - if you use half a tube like i did you need to take your selection tool - set to rectangle & draw around the part of the tube that overhangs the tag {Legs} - selections - none - duplicate - adjust - blur - gaussian blur - 3.00 - change the blend mode to screen - reduce opacity to around 80% - add a drop shadow to the original layer
Add a new raster layer above your background layer - fill with your gradient - layers - new mask
from image - apply Vix's mask - merge group - position to the right - duplicate - image mirror - merge together - duplicate - image flip
Copy & paste any elements from your scrapkit & positin around your tag - i also added a gradient glow to mine but that's up to you
With your font add your name - position - effects - plugins - dsbflux - bright noise - set to 50% - effects - plugins - eye candy 4 - gradient glow - glow width 3.00
Add a drop shadow
Don't forget to add the artists correct copyrite - save tag and you are done!
