FTU Tutorial - Love Me, Love You

For this tutorial i am using the amazing artwork by @Keith Garvey

~Supplies Needed~
Tube of choice
Scrapkit used was Love Me, Love You made by Mirella Basche which can be downloaded from here (Site currently down)
If you do not have this scrapkit please feel free to use another one with similar elements
Tag template 197 made by Pooker which you can download from here
VixBigMask_001 made by Vix which can be downloaded from here

Let's Get Started

Open the template & mask in psp - on the template delete the credit layer - flood fill the background layer with white - add drop shadows to all the dotted circle layers

(I left the cream circle layers as they were because i covered them with elements)

On the blue square layers - selections - all - float - defloat - copy & paste a paper as a new layer - selections - invert - hit delete - selections invert - copy & paste your tube as a new layer - position on the right sqaure - selections - invert - hit delete - selections none - duplicate - image - mirror - merge together - adjust - hue & saturation - colorize - set both sliders to 0 - duplicate - adjust - blur - gaussian blur - 3.00 - change the blend mode to soft light - effects - plugins - Xero - Radience



Delete the original square layer

On the green squares layer - selections - all - float - defloat - copy & paste a paper as a new layer - selections - invert - hit delete - selections invert - modify - expand by 2 - on the original layer fill with a colour from your tube - selections - none - adjust - add/remove noise



Add a drop shadow

(I left a majority of the brown shape layers because they matched the scrapkit i was using, so i will skip those parts)

On the blue circle layer - selections - all - float - defloat - copy & paste a paper as a new layer - selections - invert - hit delete - selections none

On the cream circle layer - selections - all - float - defloat - copy & paste a paper as a new layer - selections - invert - hit delete - selections none

On the green circle layer - selections - all - float - defloat - copy & paste a paper as a new layer - selections - invert - hit delete - selections invert - modify - expand by 2 - on the original layer fill with a colour from your tube - selections - none - apply the same noise settings as earlier

On the cream circles 3 layer - selections - all - float - defloat - copy & paste a paper as a new layer - selections - invert - hit delete - selections none

On the blue circles 2 layer - selections - all - float - defloat - copy & paste a paper as a new layer - selections - invert - hit delete - selections invert - modify - expand by 2 - on the original layer fill with a colour from your tube - selections - none - apply the same noise settings as earlier

On the blue rectangles layer - selections - all - float - defloat - copy & paste a paper as a new layer - selections - invert - hit delete - selections none

On the brown circles 4 layer - selections - all - float - defloat - copy & paste a paper as a new layer - selections - invert - hit delete - selections none

On the green circles 2 layer - selections - all - float - defloat - copy & paste a paper as a new layer - selections - invert - hit delete - selections none

On the cream circles 4 layer - selections - all - float - defloat - copy & paste a paper as a new layer - selections - invert - hit delete - selections invert - modify - expand by 2 - on the original layer fill with a colour from your tube - selections - none - apply the same noise settings as earlier

On each of the dot layers - selections - all - float - defloat - add a new raster layer - fill with a colour from your tube - selections - none - add a drop shadow - delete the original layers

Copy & paste your tube as a new layer - position - selections - all - float - defloat - modify - expand by 2 - add a new raster layer below your tube layer - flood fill white - selections - none - apply the same noise settings as earlier - add a drop shadow - duplicate the tube layer - adjust - blur - gaussian blur - 3.00 - change the blend mode to soft light

Copy & paste any elements from the scrapkit as new layers & position around your tag - add drop shadows

With your small font add some words - position on top of the rectangle strip layers - convert to raster - add drop shadows

Add a new raster layer above your background layer - fill with a colour from your tube - layers - new mask from image - apply Vix mask - merge group - reduce opacity to liking

With your main font add your name - position - apply the same noise settings as earlier - effects - plugins - Eye Candy 4 - Gradient Glow - glow width 3



Add a drop shadow

Don't forget to add the artists correct copyrite - crop around your tag - delete the white background layer and you are done!
